<> Great Lakes senators urge Army Corps to "move aggressively" to protect lakes from Asian carp - A bipartisan group of Great Lakes senators, led by Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.), urged the Army Corps of Engineers to take aggressive action to stop Asian carp from entering the Great Lakes and also to devise a long-term solution to protect the lakes from aquatic nuisance species.
